Yes — we offer a 7-day free trial for local Routt and Moffat County residents interested in a membership.
Start your trial through the Membership page.
Yes. Day passes are available — see the Memberships section for details.
Once your membership is active, you’ll receive an email invitation from Kisi to download the app and unlock the door any time, day or night.
Any guest will need to purchase a day pass or register for a free trial (when available).
Peak Strength is a pure training gym — no classes or structured sessions. We plan to offer personal training options in the near future, and members will be the first to know.
24/7 access to the full gym, all equipment, the recovery room, the infrared sauna, and free wifi.
The sauna is first-come, first-served. You’re welcome to turn it on before your workout — it will be hot and ready for your post-workout recovery session.
We do not provide towels.
Please bring your own towels for workouts, showers, and sauna use (required).
We have open cubbies in the gym and bathroom areas for personal items.
There is no full-time front desk. We’re in the gym regularly and can be reached anytime at hello@peakstrengthgym.com.

Code of Conduct
To keep Peak Strength safe, clean, and respectful for all members, please follow these rules:
- No tailgating — wait your turn to enter.
- Wipe down equipment after each use.
- Do not drop or bang weights; control all lifts.
- Use collars on all free-weight bars.
- Share equipment courteously.
- Return weights and accessories to their proper places.
- No bare feet or boots in workout areas.
- No chalk allowed (use wraps or gloves instead).
- No foul language or disruptive behavior.
- No filming others without consent.
- No minors (under 18) allowed in the facility.
Violations may result in membership suspension or termination without refund.
